Why Sample Sales Rock

Samples sales are a great way for designers to unload extra inventory at great prices. The best thing about these sales are the slashing of prices. Usually designer wares are sold at wholesale, once it is bought and sold in a store, the price is marked up to retail which can be up to 2- 4 times the wholesale price. This is why sample sales are the best because you the shopper, get to grab up merchandise without the retail mark up that has all our pockets feeling kind of empty after a shopping spree.

Now is the best time to reap the benefits of sample sales, because you can find great items at lower prices than originally charged. Christmas is just one week away! But beware, there are some who use the word “sale” simply to sell inventory without lowering their prices. So be careful not to be suckered.
